3/21 To-Go Beer List

Hello friends!

This week we’re releasing 2 fresh hoppy offerings, both making their first time appearance in cans!  First is a brand new batch of Terpene Dream, our most recent hoppy exploration.  This is the second batch that we’ve brewed and this latest iteration is one for the books.  Terpene Dream is an American Pale Ale, clocking in at 6% ABV and dry-hopped with hefty blend of Nugget, Chinook and Mosaic that deliver notes of tropical fruit, tangerine and blueberry.  Our previous batch was offered as a tap room only release and with this new batch we’ll be sending some cans throughout our Austin distribution footprint.  Terpene Dream will be available in the tasting room starting today and will hit our Austin distribution footprint on Friday.

The second release this week is one that is very near and dear to our production crew.  We’ve spent most of our efforts with our Dispensary Series of beers focused on Pale Ale and IPA.  But this week, after a year long hiatus, we’re bringing back our Dispensary Pilsner.  This beautifully delicate pilsner is built around a base of Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt.  Straw in color with a bright white head and a robust dry-hopping with Saaz and Saphir hops.  Aromas of lightly bready malts and robust lemon, lime and floral notes.  The mouthfeel is crisp with a bright, hoppy finish.  We drink a lot of lager around the brewery and this one is sure to go fast!  Dispensary Pilsner will be available ONLY in our tasting room starting Thursday 3/22.

We’ve also got fresh cans of Zoe, River Beer, Haze County, A Pale Mosaic, Greenhouses IPA and Dispensary IPA.  We also have growler and crowler fills available for any of our 16 draft offerings!
