Our Maibock is one of the more traditional beers that we brew. Showcasing the wondrous complexities of German malts, hops and yeast in a hefty beer with a crisp, lager finish. We blend an even split of Pilsner and Vienna malts and a responsible amount of German Hersbrucker hops to deliver a beer with a malty start and a crisp, noble finish.
We prefer it in a Pokal but at the best of springtime festivals you’ll probably see it in a chalice of some kind. Beautifully golden in color with a bold malt aroma of toasted bread and water cracker finishing with a bright hop spiciness and crisp, clean finish.
Do it right with a plate of german schnitzel and some asiago cheese.
